The Operations and Management Team at First Coast Cardiovascular Institute oversees the non-clinical aspects of the organization, ensuring seamless daily operations and long-term strategic planning. This team includes roles such as the Director of Non-clinical Operations, Operations Manager & Director of Health Informatics, Finance Manager, Human Resources Manager, Billing Manager, and Revenue Cycle Manager.
