Maxine Person is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in budget management, financial planning, and oversight of significant financial operations across various organizations. Currently retired and transitioning to a new career, Maxine served as Chief Financial Officer at the Jacksonville Housing Authority, managing annual budgets and fiscal reporting. Prior experience includes leading the Budget & Management Division at the Jacksonville Sheriff Office, overseeing a $400 million budget, and producing significant savings through strategic financial management. Maxine also founded M. L Person & Associates, LLC, focusing on forensic investigations related to financial misconduct. Earlier career roles included Contracts Manager at Coleman Research Corporation, where Maxine enhanced profitability through effective contract management. Maxine holds an MBA and a BBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Florida.
