Jessica Jones

Jessica Jones is currently the VP, People & Culture at Jacksonville Jaguars. Jessica has over thirteen years of experience working in various legal positions. Jessica started their career as a paralegal at Brian Michael Mark, P.A. in 1999. In 2004, they began working at Broad and Cassel as a paralegal specializing in complex construction litigation claims. The following year, Jessica took a position at Wachovia Bank as a foreclosures specialist. In 2007, they joined TeamHealth as a provider contracts manager. Jessica has been with Jacksonville Jaguars since 2012.

Jessica Jones has a degree from Mercy College and a certification from Coursera in COVID-19 Contact Tracing.

They work with Megha Parekh - EVP & Chief Legal Officer, Whitney Meyer - SVP & Chief Community Impact Officer, and Ryan Prep - VP, Facility Operations. Victoria Croy - Director, Culture & Inclusion, Rachelle Justice - Receptionist, and Kandace Morrell - Talent Coordinator report to Jessica Jones. Their manager is Chad Johnson, Chief Operating Officer.
