Lauren Kirksey

Lauren Kirksey currently serves as the Director of Business Solutions for the Jacksonville Jaguars, a position held since June 2022. Prior to this role, Lauren worked at Florida Blue as a Senior Specialist in Experiential Marketing from April 2021 to June 2022, and held several positions at GuideWell Connect from December 2017 to April 2021, including Experiential Marketing Specialist and Field Marketing Specialist. Lauren's experience also includes serving as the Stewardship and Events Coordinator at Seminole Boosters Inc from July 2015 to November 2017, and an internship in National Account Management at ESPN Wide World of Sports in 2014-2015. Additionally, Lauren instructed courses within the Department of Sports Management at Florida State University and has previous administrative experience with the Executive Office of the Governor and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. Lauren holds a Master's Degree in Sport Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Family and Child Sciences, both from Florida State University.
