Whitney Meyer

Whitney Meyer is the SVP & Chief Community Impact Officer at Jacksonville Jaguars. Whitney previously worked as the Corporate and College Relations Coordinator at Georgia State University from September 2013 to March 2016. In this role, they directed policies, programming and communications for 250,651 living alumni. Whitney also wrote, edited and revised media content for the website, social media and marketing materials. Whitney structured communications with alumni including letters, brochures, newsletters, surveys and advertising; using effective and persuasive writing, public speaking and interpersonal skills. Whitney developed and coordinated strategic event partnerships with university departments and colleges. Whitney identified, cultivated and stewarded alumni. Whitney collaborated with high level professional alumni and the college's’ development staff to help foster support for the college and engage alumni through alumni relations events and programs. Whitney provided leadership and direction to the University’s Council of Alumni Representatives. Whitney sustained collaborative relationships with faculty, staff and students of the University. Whitney worked closely with the University’s colleges and donor relations to maintain and track accurate and up-to-date information for alumni files and publications.

Whitney Meyer has a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of North Florida, as well as a BA in Communications from the same school.
