Mia Johnson

Mia Johnson has extensive experience in payroll management and human resources, currently serving as Connexion Manager at Jacksonville Transportation Authority since October 2021, following roles as Office Manager and Staff Assistant II. Prior to this, Mia held the position of Human Resources Manager at BJ's Wholesale Club and worked as a Payroll Specialist at Patriot Rail Company. Experience also includes data reconciliation at NGA Human Resources, where responsibilities involved payroll production support and issue resolution for client employees. Additionally, Mia worked in talent acquisition at Southeastern Grocers and served as a Senior Record Keeper at ING. Education was completed at Florida State College at Jacksonville from 2004 to 2006.
