Robert Opland

Robert Opland has extensive work experience in project management and construction. Starting in 1982, they worked for the City of Jacksonville as a Construction Project Manager/Designer until 2001. In 2005, they joined the Jacksonville Transportation Authority as a Project Manager.

Robert Opland earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Water-Wastewater Facilities Design/Contract Admin. from Michigan Technological University. Robert attended the university from 1967 to 1973.
