Tsopie D. Trottie

Tsopie D. Trottie is an experienced Customer Advocacy Manager at Jacksonville Transportation Authority since September 2010, responsible for enhancing customer service delivery, acting as an internal representative for customers, and supporting the Riders’ Advisory Council. Previously, Tsopie served as the Investigation, Response & Customer Experience Coordinator, focusing on problem-oriented solutions within the fixed route and paratransit divisions. In addition to roles at Jacksonville Transportation Authority, Tsopie holds the position of 2nd Vice President and Membership Chair at COMTO Jacksonville, has co-hosted the "Empowerment Hour Talk Show" on Praise 107.9 FM/AM Radio, and mentored students through Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Florida. Tsopie's earlier experience includes teaching, reporting, and producing at FAMU TV 20, as well as an internship at First Coast News. Tsopie earned a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism and Sociology from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University in 2009.
