Violetta Deloatch

Violetta Deloatch has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Violetta began their career in 2003 as a Government Operations Consultant II at the Florida Department of Health, where they provided administrative support for executive leadership and managed a team of six administrative support staff. During this time, they were responsible for reviewing and correcting policies, acting as a point of contact for internal and external clients, and developing an efficient documentation and filing system. Violetta also maintained a customer service database for seven years, ensuring the confidentiality of information and successfully completing projects by assigning work to clerical staff and following up on results. In 2009, Violetta joined B.D.W. Ministries, Inc. as a Communications Specialist/Secretary, and in 2017, they joined the Jacksonville Transportation Authority as an Executive Office Administrator.

Violetta Deloatch attended Saint Leo University from 2013 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies. Violetta also obtained a certification in Performance Improvement Learning Series from Practical Quality Services, Inc. in April 2011.
