Kaitlyn Flynn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in team management, customer service, and social media engagement. Currently serving as the Contact Center Assistant Manager at VyStar Credit Union since January 2022, Kaitlyn leads a team of over 20 individuals focused on achieving KPI goals while enhancing member experience. In addition, Kaitlyn acts as a Social Media Ambassador for Visit Jacksonville, leveraging local partnerships to drive traffic to social media platforms. As the owner of Solid. by Kaitlyn from January 2020 to November 2023, Kaitlyn managed all aspects of a small soapmaking business. Previous roles include Technical Support Team Lead at Web.com, where Kaitlyn supervised a technical support team, and Shift Supervisor at Staples, among other positions. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources and Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University.
