Project Management

The Project Management team at Jacob & Hefner Associates, Inc. oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of civil engineering, land surveying, and environmental services projects. They ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction. The team consists of specialized Project Managers for environmental services and surveying, supported by a Senior Project Manager and a Project Administrator.
