Jacob Krueger has a long and varied work history. In 1997, they were a Story Editor at Alliance Atlantis Films. From 2000 to 2001, they were a Freelance Writer/Director, writing the Emmy Award Winning NBC Movie "The Matthew Shepard Story" starring Stockard Channing & Sam Waterston, which was produced by Goldie Hawn and won the Writers Guild Paul Selvin Award. In 2001, they founded Jacob Krueger Studio. From 2005 to present, they have been a Member of the Lincoln Center Directors Lab.

Jacob Krueger attended Dartmouth College from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Drama.
