Freek van Bijsterveld

Freek van Bijsterveld has a diverse and extensive work experience. Freek started their career in 1990 as an Assistant Accountant at VB Accountants, where they worked until 1992. From 1993 to 2001, they served as a Team Leader in the Payroll Administration at Arjan van Dijk Groep. In 2001, they worked as a Payroll Accountant at Caterpillar Work Tools before moving to NRG Benelux BV in 2002, where they worked as a Supervisor in Compensation & Benefits until 2008. From 2002 to 2011, they served as the Payroll & Remuneration Manager at Ricoh Netherlands. In 2011, they joined Cloetta and held various roles including Payroll & Pension Manager, Manager Compensation & Benefits, and Head of Compensation & Benefits until the present. Additionally, Freek served as the Chairman of Stichting Scouting Made from 1998 and was a member of the accountability body at Stichting Pensioenfonds voor de Zoetwarenindustrie from 2014 to 2018.

Freek van Bijsterveld's education history begins in 1982 when they attended Mgr Frencken College. Freek completed their studies there in 1992. Afterward, from 1994 to 1996, Freek studied at Kluwer opleidingen, specializing in MBA. In 1996, they attended Kluwer opleidingen again, this time focusing on PDL, which they completed in 1997. In 1999, Freek enrolled at College Belastingadviseurs, studying as a Belastingconsulent until 2000. Then, from 2001 to 2006, they pursued a field of study in Belastingadviseur at the same institution. Finally, in 2008 to 2009, Freek attended Rendement Opleidingen, completing their studies in CPS and obtaining an RPP degree.
