Ben Delery has a diverse work experience in the field of graphic design. Ben started their career as a Graphic Designer at GambitWeekly, where they designed ads, covers, layouts, and illustrations. Ben also designed T-shirts and won awards for their designs. After working at GambitWeekly for five years, they joined the Chicago Tribune as a Metromix/RedEye Graphic Designer. Ben then worked as a Freelance Art Director at New Control, Gordon Hanrahan, and Beam Global Spirits & Wine. Ben also worked as a Production Freelancer at Radio Flyer and as a Freelance Production Designer at Managers Investment Group. Starting from 2007, Ben worked at TargetCom, first as a Junior Art Director and later as a Freelance Art Director. At TargetCom, they worked on various projects such as direct mail pieces, brochures, and ad inserts for clients like the Chicago Tribune and U.S. Currently, Ben is working at Jacobs & Clevenger (J&C) as a Senior Production Artist.

Ben Delery attended Louisiana State University from 1992 to 1997, where they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design.
