Sharen Baijense

Sharen Baijense has a diverse work experience. Sharen is currently working as an e-Commerce CXO Specialist at Jacobs Douwe Egberts since February 2022. Before that, they worked as a Freelance CXO/CRO Specialist at Walker Needing Wings and as a CRO Specialist & Web Analyst at NADUVI in 2021. From 2018 to 2021, Sharen worked at OrangeValley as a Data Intelligence & CXO/CRO Consultant, where they had various responsibilities such as creating dashboards, conducting data analyses, developing optimization ideas, and analyzing test results. Sharen also worked as a Trainee Digital Marketing at OrangeValley for a brief period in 2018. Prior to that, Sharen served as a Team Leader at Ahold for eight years starting from October 2010. Sharen also gained experience in the hospitality industry as a Horeca Medewerkster at Eventure BV and as a Scare Actor and Flashlightwaver at Walibi Holland during their Halloween Fright Nights. Sharen also contributed to organizing an event called Commercial Night 2018 as an External Relations member of the MARUG Marketing Association at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen. Sharen began their professional career as an All-round Stagaire at Top Tours & Events BV in 2013.

Sharen Baijense received a Master's degree in Marketing Management from the University of Groningen, from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Leisure & Event Management from Inholland University of Applied Sciences, from 2011 to 2015. Sharen also spent a short period as an Erasmus student at London South Bank University in 2014, studying Leisure Management. Their secondary education was completed at Almere College, where they obtained a HAVO degree in Middelbaar onderwijs from 2006 to 2011. Additionally, Sharen Baijense has obtained various certifications related to digital marketing and data analysis from institutions such as Google and Coursera.
