Bill Gramer P.E.

Bill Gramer, P.E., AICP, is currently the Vice President of Transportation at Jacobs, where they have been since 2005. Prior to this role, Bill served as the Transportation Department Manager at CH2M from 1998 to 2005 and as a Project Engineer at the New York State Department of Transportation from 1987 to 1989. Bill earned a Bachelor’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from The Polytechnic Institute of New York University between 1982 and 1986.
