Colin Percival is a retired professional manager with extensive experience in the construction and engineering sectors, focusing on complex multi-disciplinary projects. Previously, Colin served as the KEP Alliance Manager for CPB Contractors on Australia's first Advanced Water Recycle Plant, which won the Waste/Wastewater Plant of the Year award in 2017. Colin held roles as Project Director for the Southern SeaWater Alliance, achieving significant milestones in a $1.2 billion desalination project, and was the Executive General Manager at UGL Limited, overseeing operations with a substantial turnover. Colin's education includes a Bachelor of Engineering from The University of Western Australia. Currently, Colin is self-employed in retirement.
