Crystal Diggs

Crystal Diggs, E.I.T, is a Construction Engineering Professional at Jacobs since June 2016, specializing in construction management services for the NASA Flight Dynamic Research Facility. Experience includes serving as Region 3 Membership Chair for the National Society of Black Engineers, where Crystal successfully chartered and reactivated multiple chapters and supported 40 chapters in the region. Previous roles include Vice President and Membership Chair within the organization, focusing on member retention and engagement strategies. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida, supplemented by engineering internships at CH2M, where Crystal gained skills in project controls and risk management.
