Dan King

Dan King is a seasoned design professional with over 32 years of experience in programming, designing, and building wayfinding and signage systems, branded interiors, architectural specialties, and furnishings. Currently serving as the Director of Experiential Design at Jacobs Engineering Group since November 2011 and as Principal at DOC-X Design Documentation since June 2011, Dan combines expertise in 2D and 3D drawings, renderings, and design intent documentation. Previous roles include Principal at Studio Arts & Letters, Inc., where projects included work for casinos and Disney parks, and Senior Designer at Smith, Nelson & Oatis/True Identity, focusing on environmental graphics for the gaming and hospitality sectors. Dan's early career includes project management and design at various firms, including Condit Exhibits and Omniarts, and a graphic specialist role with the US Army INSCOM. Dan holds educational credentials from Metropolitan State University of Denver, Mercer County Community College, and the Community College of the Air Force.
