Dave Nicolson

Dave Nicolson is a Senior GIS Analyst and Talent Supervisor at Jacobs, where they currently manage GIS services and contribute to project management. With extensive experience in conservation planning and GIS analysis, they have held previous roles at TERA Environmental Consultants, CH2M, and Westland Resource Group. As the founder and director of Clover Point Cartographics, they provided valuable project management services and training in Marxan analysis. Dave served on the board of the Pacific Marine Analysis and Research Association from 2005 to 2018, promoting ecosystem-based decision-making in marine planning. They hold a BSc in Geography and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from the University of Victoria.
