David Ashman

David Ashman is the Vice President and Southeast Geographic Director of Talent at Jacobs, based in the Tampa, Florida office. Currently serving as the Construction Management Director for Florida and Puerto Rico, they have extensive experience in providing professional services for consulting and design-build water infrastructure projects since May 2006. Prior to Jacobs, David held roles at CH2M HILL as a Construction/Project Manager and Structural Engineer, among others, and achieved a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Howard University, along with an Associate degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Technology. David also completed a Management Accelerator program at McKinsey Academy in 2021.
