Douglas Raby

Douglas Raby is a highly experienced Senior Project Manager currently at Jacobs, where they also serve as the Regional Solutions Leader for Bridges and Client Account Manager. Previously, they held senior project management roles at MMM Group and CH2M, along with project management and engineering positions at McCormick Rankin Corporation, Earth Tech, and the American Iron and Steel Institute. Douglas earned both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in engineering from Carleton University, specializing in Structural and Civil Engineering, respectively. Additionally, they have served as Vice President of Civil Infrastructure in Canada, showcasing a strong leadership presence in the field.
