Ed Dickinson is currently the Cultural Heritage Lead on the Lower Thames Crossing Project, overseeing the heritage elements of the largest Development Consent Order application submitted in the UK. Previously, Ed held various roles including Principal Archaeologist and Associate Director of Archaeology at Jacobs from 2016 to 2022, and served as Historic Environment Team Leader at West Sussex County Council from 2005 to 2008. Ed's early career included positions as Senior Archaeologist at North East Lincolnshire Council and Archaeologist at Coventry City Council. Ed obtained a PG Cert in Management from the University of Lincoln and a PG Dip in Strategic Leadership from the University of Chichester, and is currently pursuing a Master's in Classical Archaeology at Birkbeck, University of London.
