Edward Morris

Ed Morris is a Civil Engineer and asset manager with nearly 20 years of experience, including a decade with the Environment Agency (UK). Currently serving as the Major Programme Delivery Director at Jacobs, Ed leads the implementation of a portfolio management approach to enhance project performance through digital insights and analytics. Previously, Ed was the Asset Management Lead for TEAM2100, where they achieved ISO 55001 certification and directed innovative asset management initiatives. Ed's diverse background includes consultancy, project management, and international peer reviews across significant flood defense projects. They hold a BEng. Hons in Civil Engineering from the University of Liverpool and are a Chartered Engineer with the Institution of Civil Engineers.
