Ian Harding is the BIM Department Manager for Ireland Operations at Jacobs, having recently returned to Ireland. Previously, Ian worked at Melbourne Water as the Digital Engineering & BIM Program Lead, where they focused on developing digital asset strategies and driving innovation in 3D and spatial capture technologies. They served as a Geospatial Consultant at Murphy Geospatial, assisting asset owners with their BIM processes and developing a Digital Twin strategy. Ian's earlier experience includes roles as a Surveyor and Project Surveyor at RPS Australia Asia Pacific and Taylors, where they specialized in Laser Scanning and geospatial technology. Ian holds a BSc in Geomatics, Surveying from the Dublin Institute of Technology.
