Isaac Alcaide

Isaac Alcaide has extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sectors, focusing on project and engineering management. They have managed various engineering teams and projects, notably at Electroflight, where they oversaw initiatives in aerospace electrification, and at ZeroAvia, leading efforts in zero-emission aviation technology. Previously, Alcaide held multiple positions at Airbus and Rolls-Royce, where they contributed to significant projects like the A350 and EJ200 engine programs. Currently, they serve as a Senior Project Manager for Jacobs, working with the UK MoD’s Defence Equipment and Support procurement arm. Alcaide holds an MBA from IE Business School and a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
