Issa Toubbeh

Issa Toubbeh is the Manager of Procurement Services in Life Sciences, leveraging extensive experience in procurement and contracts management. Issa previously held the position of Manager of Projects at Jacobs from 2016 to 2022, and prior to that, served as Contracts Manager at CH2M HILL from 2008 to 2016. Their earlier roles included Regional Procurement and Subcontracts Manager at The Shaw Group from 2002 to 2007 and Procurement Manager at OHM Remediation Services Corp from 1987 to 1998. Issa also worked as a Business Manager at ECC from 2007 to 2008. They earned a B.Sc. in Hazardous Materials Management from The University of Findlay between 1979 and 1990.
