James Pang is a Chartered Civil Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, currently serving as the Senior Associate Director for Ports and Maritime at Jacobs since 2025. Previously, James held the position of Technical Lead at Associated British Ports from 2022 to 2025, managing design teams and leading major Capex projects. With extensive experience in maritime engineering, James has also worked at CH2M, Jacobs, and Halcrow, contributing to various roles from Graduate Engineer to Principal Maritime Engineer. James earned a Master of Engineering degree with first-class honors from the University of Plymouth.
