John Martin

John Martin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and business development within the maritime and energy sectors. They served as the Executive Director Operations and Head of Water Catchment Management & Maritime Europe at Jacobs, where they guided strategic initiatives from 2018 to the present. Prior to this role, John was a Sales Director/Port Planner at Halcrow, managing business development across the UK’s ports, airports, and defense sectors from 2001 to 2023. They also held the position of Regional Market Director for Ports at CH2M HILL from 2012 to 2023. John earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and Coastal Engineering from the University of Plymouth and a Port Management Diploma from Lloyds Maritime Academy.
