John McElhinney

John McElhinney is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in bridge and structural engineering. A Master of Engineering graduate from Bristol University, John began his career at MOUCHEL plc. as a Senior Engineer and subsequently held senior roles at AECOM Australia Pty Ltd and CH2M, including Principal Bridge Engineer. John transitioned to Jacobs, where responsibilities included Associate Bridge Engineer and later, Head of Capability for Bridges & Structures in the Highways Market. Most recently, John served as Principal Engineer at URS Corporation from 2010 to 2023, further strengthening expertise in the field.
