Kimberly Hellberg

Kimberly Hellberg, PHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Jacobs, a position held since January 2018 following the company's acquisition of CH2M. With over a decade of HR experience at CH2M, Kimberly held several roles including Lead Human Resources Business Partner, where significant contributions were made to HR transformation initiatives that streamlined operations and reduced overhead by $100 million. Kimberly also acted as HR Co-Project Manager for a complex project that established a Global Shared Services center, achieving $45 million in savings. Educational qualifications include a BS in Psychology from UC San Diego and experience at Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
