Kristie Casarez

Kristie Casarez, PE, ENV SP, serves as the Senior Vice President and Executive Director of Operations at Jacobs, leading over 1,200 professionals in driving strategic initiatives for growth and operational excellence in the infrastructure market across the Pacific Northwest. Previously held roles include Vice President and Executive Director of Operations for the Northwest at Jacobs, along with leadership positions at HDR, Tetra Tech, Parametrix, GHD Consulting Services, and MWH Global. Kristie holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from Texas Tech University, demonstrating a strong educational foundation in both engineering and scientific disciplines.
