Laurissa Hoyle

Laurissa Hoyle, PE, PMP, DBIA, is the Water Market Design Management Lead at Jacobs, where they focus on innovative strategies in the field of water and wastewater engineering. With over 20 years of experience, Laurissa has previously served as a senior project manager and client services manager at HDR and Greeley and Hansen, developing expertise in project management, client relations, and environmental engineering. As a board-certified Professional Engineer and certified Project Management Professional, Laurissa actively participates in the Virginia Water Environment Association, including a past tenure as President. They earned a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University.
