Marcelle Jones

Marcelle Jones has over twenty-five years of progressive legal and management experience, focusing on public governance matters with an emphasis on transportation, public-private partnerships, and tolling. Currently, Marcelle serves as a Senior Transportation Policy Advisor at Jacobs Engineering and is the Chairman of the Transportation Law Committee for the Transportation Research Board. Previously, Marcelle held the position of General Counsel for the North Texas Tollway Authority and served on the Planning and Zoning Board for the City of Allen. Marcelle holds a Master of Science in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a BA in Journalism from the University of Oklahoma.
