Melanie Weils

Melanie Weils, PE, is a Structural Engineer and Project Manager at Jacobs, where they have been employed since 2016. With over eight years of experience in structural engineering, Melanie has specialized in semiconductor tool installations, conducting seismic analyses and ensuring code compliance. Prior to Jacobs, Melanie worked as a Structural Engineer at M+W Group and AM Technical Solutions, Inc., where they developed restraint plans and conducted numerous field inspections. Melanie holds a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and finds joy in pit bull rescue, scuba diving, and playing sports like softball and rugby.
