Michael Wilks

Michael Wilks is the Renewable Generation Lead for North America at Jacobs, where they lead the strategy and execution of various renewable energy projects, including wind and solar. Before relocating to the US, Michael was a leading practitioner in infrastructure planning in the UK, overseeing the regulation of North Sea offshore wind farms and terrestrial power stations. Their experience includes significant roles at Suffolk County Council, where they managed regulatory inputs for major infrastructure schemes and led complex permitting processes. Michael holds a distinction from the University of Westminster.
