Mo ElHadi

Mo ElHadi, P.Eng., is currently the Head of Project Performance Management at Jacobs Engineering Group, on secondment to Metrolinx, leading the GO Expansion program in Toronto, Canada. With 17 years of experience across North America, the Middle East, and West-Central Africa, Mo has focused on the construction and management of mega-projects exceeding $1 billion, particularly in the public transit sector. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the American University of Beirut and are a registered Professional Engineer in Ontario and Alberta. Mo's past roles include significant positions on landmark infrastructure projects such as the Riyadh Metro and the Edmonton LRT Valley Line.
