Neil Delaney

Neil Delaney is the Head of Water at Jacobs, bringing over thirty years of experience in the Water Services Sector across the UK and Ireland. They have been involved in all aspects of planning, design, project management, and operational efficiencies for water and wastewater schemes. Neil has prepared and led the production of essential project development documents, ranging from strategies and preliminary reports to environmental impact statements and contract analyses. They hold multiple degrees in civil and environmental engineering from prestigious institutions, including a BEng from Queens University, Belfast, and a diploma from Trinity College Dublin.
