Olga Vezertzi

Olga Vezertzi currently serves as Associate Director of Programmes & Advisory at Jacobs, where responsibilities include leading mental health and well-being strategies, managing inclusion and belonging programs, and acting as a Positive Mental Health Champion and Trainer. With a rich background in consulting, Olga has worked as Principal Consultant at Performance Excellence, specializing in Lean Delivery and Collaborative Planning, as well as serving as Lean Production Manager for significant projects like the Heathrow Expansion Programme. Previous roles include managing student affairs at the American Farm School and business consulting at EGIS Ltd. Olga holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics and a BSc in International and European Studies from the University of Macedonia, among other educational qualifications.
