Orhan Cebeci

Orhan Cebeci is an accomplished Engineering Manager with over 18 years of experience in project management, construction supervision, and design management, primarily in the railway sector. They have worked extensively in the Middle East and Asia, leading major railway-metro projects and collaborating with diverse teams to enhance productivity and streamline processes. Orhan has held key positions, including Chief Resident Engineer for the North-South Commuter Railway Project in Manila and Civil Works Manager for the Route 2020 Metro Rail Project. They are currently associated with Jacobs as an Engineering Manager (Rail) and hold a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Ege University, along with a PMP certification from the College of the North Atlantic-Qatar.
