Pascale Harper

Pascale Harper is an experienced Engineering Leader who currently serves as the Director of Process Delivery at Jacobs. They previously held the position of Wastewater Market Sector Lead at AECOM, where they focused on fostering a technical community and championing environmental and social outcomes in wastewater. With a strong background in process engineering, Pascale has held key roles at MWH, Black & Veatch, and Anglian Water Services, where they managed teams and ensured technical excellence across multiple projects. Pascale earned a PhD in Chemistry from Imperial College London, complemented by a BSc and MSc from the University of Surrey.
