Paul Purcell

Paul Purcell, P.E., CPESC, has over three decades of experience in civil engineering, currently serving as a Senior Civil Engineer and Senior Project Manager at Jacobs Engineering since May 1988. Previous roles at Hensley Schmidt from June 1983 to May 1988 included positions as a resident engineer and design engineer. Paul has a diverse background in commercial, retail, light industrial, institutional, and infrastructure development, complemented by a Bachelor of Civil Engineering Technology degree from Southern Polytechnic State University, earned between 1979 and 1983.
