Paulina Żak

Paulina Żak is a Senior AI Software Developer at Jacobs since September 2025, with previous experience as an AI Expert at Infoniqa, where document information extraction pipelines were implemented using both closed-source and fine-tuned open-source models. As a Senior ML Engineer at VirtusLab, Paulina led a Data Science team to enhance user experiences for IT specialists. Prior roles include a Software Developer position at Lufthansa Global Business Services GmbH, focusing on workforce reporting and automated systems during the COVID crisis, and various engineering positions at Samsung Electronics, where expertise in natural language processing and machine learning was developed.
