Priya Howell

Priya Howell serves as the Deputy General Counsel and Vice President of Corporate/Securities at Jacobs, leading the Corporate & Securities Legal Group since August 2021. In this role, Priya manages a high-performing legal team focused on M&A, SEC reporting, corporate governance, cybersecurity, and more. Prior to Jacobs, Priya held positions at Thomson Reuters as Managing Editor and Senior Legal Editor, contributing to the development of legal content and workflow solutions. Previous legal experience includes roles at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, Bingham McCutchen, and Sullivan & Cromwell, with a concentration on corporate transactions and M&A. Priya's educational background includes a Juris Doctor from USC Gould School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Babson College.
