Richard Sinclair

Richard Sinclair is the Chief Inspector of Supplier Quality Surveillance for P&C Refining Americas at Jacobs, where they provide management oversight of inspection personnel and coordinate resources across U.S. affiliate offices. With over 30 years of experience in supplier quality surveillance, Sinclair previously held roles as a Senior Supplier Quality Representative at Bechtel Corporation, International Project Manager at Bureau Veritas, and Quality Manager/Offshore Representative at Det Norske Veritas, among others. They earned a qualification as an ISO 9001 Internal Lead Auditor from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2000.
