Ridha Hendri possesses a strong background in geology with a focus on geothermal exploration and resource assessment. Experience includes working as a Geologist at Energy Kinan International, exploring geothermal potential at Galunggung volcano from 2013 to 2014. Following this, Ridha held the position of Wellsite Geologist at Sarulla Operation Ltd. within the Geothermal Resource Group from March 2015 to March 2017, and worked as a Montelago 3D Reservoir Modeller at Emerging Power Inc. from August 2014 to March 2015, where skills in 3-D modeling using Leapfrog geothermal software were developed. Further experience as a Geologist at KS Orka Renewables lasted from March 2017 to February 2022, and currently, Ridha is employed as a Geologist at Jacobs since February 2022. Academic qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Geothermal Engineering from the Institute of Technology Bandung and a Bachelor of Engineering in Geology from the University of Padjadjaran.
