Scott Marshall is currently the Senior Group Director of People Operations for the Americas at Worley, responsible for leading the regional people team in support of business growth and project execution. Previously, they served as Vice President of HR at Jacobs, overseeing HR functions for Global Field Services and other business regions following Jacobs' acquisition by Worley. Prior to that, Scott worked at KBR for 16 years in various HR roles, culminating in leading the HR Department for Global Construction and Maintenance. Scott earned an Associate of Science in General Studies from San Jacinto College.
