Steffi Plenio, CPTD, serves as the Director of Global Learning Program Management & Delivery at Jacobs, following roles as Learning & Talent Management Lead for APAC and the Middle East, and Asia Pacific Learning & Development Manager. Previously, Steffi held positions at Sinclair Knight Merz as WA/NT Learning & Development Manager, and with CSA Ltd. as Section Supervisor Training and Sr. Instructor. Steffi's experience also includes a role as Learning Consultant and Intern at IBM.
