Steffi Plenio

Steffi Plenio, CPTD, serves as the Director of Global Learning Program Management & Delivery at Jacobs, following roles as Learning & Talent Management Lead for APAC and the Middle East, and Asia Pacific Learning & Development Manager. Previously, Steffi held positions at Sinclair Knight Merz as WA/NT Learning & Development Manager, and with CSA Ltd. as Section Supervisor Training and Sr. Instructor. Steffi's experience also includes a role as Learning Consultant and Intern at IBM. Educationally, Steffi holds an Executive Masters in NeuroLeadership with a focus on Applied Neuroscience from the NeuroLeadership Institute, completed between 2013 and 2015, and has attended Universitaet Tuebingen.
