Tom Beck

Tom Beck is an Associate Director at Jacobs with over 20 years of experience in Transport Planning. They have worked on a diverse array of projects, including local authority initiatives and public transport strategies, and have been involved in international public transport network planning in Romania and Jordan. Their recent work includes the development of Rapid Transit for North Essex and contributions to the Heathrow Airport Expansion Transport Assessment. Tom previously held positions at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff and earned both a BSc in Economics and an MSc in Transport Planning and Engineering from the University of Southampton.
