Travis Leech

Travis Leech, CSP, is the Health & Safety Director at Jacobs Inc., overseeing a diverse organization of 2,500 personnel across approximately 240 project sites in North America. With over 12 years of experience in Safety, Health, and Environmental roles, they previously served as a Senior HSE Manager and were responsible for significant projects with a combined contract value exceeding $1.7 billion during their tenure at Jacobs. Travis also held management positions at CB&I and McDermott International Inc., where they contributed to critical HSE training and compliance initiatives. They gained foundational experience as a Health, Safety, and Environmental Intern at Cargill and Clark Construction Group. Currently, Travis is pursuing further education at Murray State University.
